I need a seasoned web developer who also lives and breathes SEO to clean up the technical issues that are blocking my site from being fully-indexed and performing well in Google. The site already has good content and an established design; what’s holding it back are under-the-hood problems—slow load times, crawl errors, messy meta data, and an out-of-date sitemap/robots setup.

Your first task will be to run a comprehensive audit with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and Lighthouse. From there, I want clear, actionable fixes implemented directly in the code or CMS: repairing broken internal links, consolidating duplicate URLs, optimising meta tags, streamlining header hierarchy, and generating a clean, auto-updating XML sitemap. If server-level tweaks (caching, compression, security headers) are required, please handle those too.

Deliverables
• Before-and-after audit report highlighting every issue found and how it was resolved
• Updated sitemap.xml and robots.txt submitted and accepted in Search Console
• Verified increase in indexed pages and a measurable boost in Core Web Vitals (especially LCP and CLS)
• Brief hand-off document so ongoing maintenance is straightforward

I have full access to hosting, CMS, and analytics, and I can provide any credentials you need. Turnaround is important to me, but accuracy is more important—please let me know your realistic timeline and any dependencies up front.

If you’ve taken a site from “why won’t Google show my pages?” to solid rankings before, I’d love to see those examples.
