Fix Namecheap Premium DNS Outage

My website has been offline ever since I added a set of new records in Namecheap’s Premium DNS panel. The changes refuse to propagate, so the domain no longer resolves and all pages show as unreachable.

I need someone who knows Namecheap’s Premium DNS inside out—routing, record syntax, propagation quirks, and any control-panel gotchas—to jump in, identify why the records are stuck, correct whatever is misconfigured, and get the site loading again worldwide. If that means rolling the records back, adjusting TTLs, or opening a support ticket and following through with Namecheap’s technical team, I’m fine with it; I just need the domain resolving reliably.
