My static landing page is sitting inside my DreamHost account, but when I type my domain into a browser nothing loads—just a blank, unreachable page. I’m looking for someone who can quickly identify why the page isn’t resolving and get it displaying publicly.
Here’s what I know so far:
• The files are already uploaded to DreamHost.
• The domain itself is registered with Namecheap and pointed to DreamHost, yet I have not verified the DNS settings and suspect that may be the culprit.
• The core issue right now is “page not loading,” so I need both the hosting configuration and any DNS records (A, AAAA, or CNAME) double-checked and corrected.
What I need from you:
1. Inspect the DreamHost panel to confirm the site is mapped to the correct directory and that any .htaccess, index.html, or permission settings won’t block the page.
2. Review the Namecheap DNS zone and set the right DreamHost nameservers or individual A/CNAME records so propagation completes successfully.
3. Test end-to-end until the landing page renders over HTTPS at my domain.
4. Provide a brief note on exactly what you changed so I have a record for future reference.
If you can jump in, trace the problem, and leave me with a live, working landing page today, I’m ready to hire.
