Clean & Restore Hacked WordPress Site

My WordPress site was recently compromised and the pages are now visibly defaced. I can no longer show the original content to visitors and I am uncertain whether any usable backups exist. You will receive full cPanel/FTP and wp-admin credentials to carry out the work in a staging environment before pushing the clean site live. Once clean and stable, please double-check that core, themes, and plugins are patched to current versions without breaking functionality.

Successful delivery means the front end matches the original look and the admin area is free of suspicious code, with automated backups and basic security monitoring switched on.
