I run a dog-care e-commerce brand on WordPress + WooCommerce and the site is not performing. I need someone who can jump in, track down the underlying causes, and get everything running so the website starts produces some much needed sales. When people buy the product from us at dog shows they love it, but our website is struggling to make sales.

Beyond the core fixes, I want to tighten up on-page SEO and overall user experience. Schema, meta tags, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, anything that helps us rank better for our niche keywords is on the table. I want to ensure our analytics is working, I'd like to use AI platforms like Zeely to run some ads. While you’re in the back end, I’d like recommendations (and, if practical, quick wins) for automating social posts so we get more organic traffic

Deliverables
• Review our site and make recommendations for changes
• Documented performance improvements (GA, GTmetrix or PageSpeed scores before/after)
• Updated SEO essentials: titles, meta, XML sitemap, structured data
• A lightweight social-sharing automation workflow and how-to notes for my team

Once everything is stable I’m open to a brief hand-off call or Loom walkthrough so I know exactly what was changed and how to keep it optimized. I need someone who is proactive not reactive, I want to work one and one with a freelancer, not a team or agency. If you thrive on troubleshooting WordPress at the code, plugin and server level and have a solid grasp of e-commerce best practices, I’d love to work together.

Initially I'd like to do a project review for a fixed price and then we can review the recommendations made and start putting actions into Jira and costing out the changes.
