Financial Spreadsheet Entry & Cleanup

I have a steady flow of financial figures coming from our sales reports, and I need them organised in a single, reliable spreadsheet. Your job starts with accurate data entry: every number, date and reference pulled from the reports must land in the correct column without error.

Once the raw information is in place, I also want the file cleaned—duplicates removed, formats standardised, and any obvious inconsistencies flagged. Finally, give the sheet a quick exploratory analysis: highlight trends, note unusual spikes or dips, and prepare it so I can pivot or chart the results at a glance.

I work mainly in Excel, but if Google Sheets accelerates collaboration I’m open to it. What matters is a tidy, verifiable dataset I can build decisions on.
