I have a backlog of raw financial records that must be transferred into a structured database and then organised in Excel with clear, consistent formatting. Accuracy is critical because these figures feed directly into monthly reporting.

The workflow looks like this: I will share the source documents; you will enter the information into the existing database (true database entry, not just spreadsheets). Once each batch is validated you will open the linked Excel workbook, apply professional spreadsheet formatting—styles, number formats, conditional highlights, protected cells—so the data is presentation-ready.

Because the source files include scanned statements and receipts, strong typing/editing skills are essential for correcting OCR errors as you go. If you prefer to speed things up with AI tools (ChatGPT, GPT-4, Excel formulas with Copilot, or similar) feel free, provided the final output is spotless and matches the source values exactly.

Deliverables
