Digital Text Data Entry

I have a collection of digital files—mostly PDFs and Word documents—that must be transcribed or copied into a clean, unified text format. The material is strictly text data, so there’s no need to handle numbers, images, or calculations.

Accuracy is the top priority, while timing is flexible; the work can be completed at a comfortable pace because I don’t have a fixed deadline.

Deliverables
• A separate, error-free text file (Word, Google Doc, or plain .txt) for each original document, preserving headings and paragraph breaks.
• A brief log noting any unreadable sections or source anomalies that might require my review.

Feel free to rely on the data-entry method you prefer—manual typing, OCR cleanup, or a hybrid approach—so long as the final text faithfully reflects the source. If format or naming conventions need clarification, just let me know; I’m happy to coordinate the details.
