Finalize Consumer Product CAD

I already have a partially built 3-D model for a consumer product, but it needs a seasoned mechanical mind to bring it all the way to production-ready status. The core shape is in place; what’s missing are the fine details that let a factory hit the Go button with confidence.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Finish the incomplete 3-D model, resolving any geometry gaps and making sure every feature is fully defined.
• Optimise the design for plastic or silicone moulding—think draft angles, uniform wall thickness, ribs, bosses and proper parting lines.
• Deliver clean, organised files (STEP, IGES or native SolidWorks/Fusion 360) plus 2-D drawings with critical dimensions, tolerances and surface-finish notes ready for toolmakers.
• Flag any design tweaks that improve strength, ease of assembly or cost of tooling.

We’ll work interactively: I’ll share the current CAD files and functional requirements, you’ll return updated versions for review, and we’ll iterate quickly until the design is locked for manufacturing.
