Finalize Concept Logo in Illustrator

I already have a rough concept for my business logo and now I need it professionally rebuilt in Adobe Illustrator. The artwork will be delivered in two colourways—one for light backgrounds and one for dark—so that I can drop either version straight into my marketing material.

What needs tweaking: where the logo changes colour has to be refined and be more smoother transition. The word 'BOOKKEEPING' needs to be bold and slightly larger but keeping the current alignment. Aside from those adjustments, the spirit of the original concept should remain intact.

Note: I would welcome suggestions during the initial consultation before the first draft.

I’m allowing a single revision after the first draft to fine-tune any last-minute details.
