Flawless PDF to Word Rebuild

I need my source PDF rebuilt as a fully editable Word document while looking and behaving exactly like the original. The file will be used for ongoing editing and updating, so every element has to convert cleanly—fonts, paragraph styles, tables, images, headers, and footers must all mirror the PDF.

Beyond accurate replication, please make sure every main heading and sub-heading is formatted with Word’s built-in heading styles (Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.). This structure is essential for quick navigation and future edits.

Deliverables
• A .docx file that visually matches the PDF page for page
• All text selectable and editable (no flattened images of text)
• Tables rendered as real Word tables and images placed in the correct positions
• Proper header/footer sections recreated, including page numbers or graphics if present
• Consistent use of Word heading styles on all primary and secondary headings

Acceptance Criteria: I will compare the Word document side-by-side with the PDF; any misaligned element, missing style, or untagged heading will require revision.

If you are meticulous with formatting and have experience converting complex PDFs to Word, I’m ready to share the file and get started right away.
