I need an experienced designer or drafter to finalize and revise my residential plans to meet plan check requirements for resubmission. The permit application is already submitted, and this is the final review stage.
Key tasks include:
- Verifying and correcting structural details and material specifications.
- Producing a clean, code-compliant proposed site plan that clearly locates the new deck, setbacks, and any utility easements.
- Adding a concise tree protection plan that meets the city’s checklist (drip-line fencing, notes, legend, etc.).
All source files are digital (PDF/CAD), so you can work directly in CAD or annotate PDFs while maintaining line weights and scaling. The final deliverables should include a stamped-ready PDF set and editable files for quick responses to any reviewer comments.
