Fiji Hotel plumbing,hvac, Electrical and fire protection design

I’m developing a new-build, 8-plus-storey hotel in Fiji and need a complete set of coordinated design documents for all building services. Specifically, I require:

• Plumbing – water supply, drainage, hot-water circulation, pump and storage sizing, risers, fixture counts, and schematics suitable for local permit submission.
• HVAC – tropical-climate cooling load calculations, equipment selection, duct and pipe layouts, ventilation rates, and energy-efficient control strategies in line with local guidelines.
• Electrical – power distribution, lighting layouts, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, emergency/backup power, grounding, and low-current provisions.
• Fire Protection – sprinkler and hydrant system design, pump sizing, alarm interface points, and compliance with AS standards and Fiji building regulations.

Deliverables should include CAD/Revit drawings (PDF + native files), calculation sheets, equipment schedules, coordinated riser diagrams, and a brief compliance report. I value clear layer naming, clash-free coordination, and readiness for construction tender.
