I run a series of education-focused Facebook groups whose members are primarily adults keen to improve their day-to-day wellbeing. I need a steady stream of short, informative articles that I can post directly to these groups—each piece should translate current health and wellness research into practical tips readers can apply right away.

Here is what I am after:
• 8–10 Facebook-ready articles per month, 250–300 words each, written in a clear, friendly voice.
• A scroll-stopping headline, a feature image suggestion, and a brief caption for every post so I can copy-paste straight into Facebook.
• Evidence-based content with links to reputable sources (WHO, peer-reviewed journals, government health sites, etc.).
• A call-to-action that sparks discussion in the comments and encourages shares.

Optional but welcome: ideas for occasional interactive elements—polls, quick quizzes, or event teasers—so the feed never feels repetitive.

Acceptance criteria
1. Content is 100 % original, plagiarism-free, and fact-checked.
2. Tone remains engaging yet respectful; no medical claims that require professional licensing.
3. Posts render cleanly in Facebook’s standard desktop and mobile preview.

If you already have experience writing for Facebook pages or groups, especially around lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, mental health, or similar, I’d love to see a snippet of your work.
