Facebook Engagement Phone Extraction

I boosted an Event post from my business Facebook Page using the “Increase Awareness” objective and, after four days, the ad has generated well over 100 engagements (people clicked Interested or Going). Because I never configured a lead-gen form or WhatsApp action, I now have no way to reach those users.

What I need is a reliable method—whether that’s a native integration, the Graph API, a ready-made SaaS, or a small custom script—that can pull the phone numbers of everyone who engaged with the event. I have not collected any form responses, so the solution has to work directly with the engagement data that Facebook already holds. Direct integration with Facebook or an external tool are both fine; I simply want the quickest, policy-compliant path to export or sync the numbers so I can follow up through WhatsApp Business.

Acceptance criteria
• I receive an operational tool or script that retrieves phone numbers for all users who marked Interested/Going.
• A short, step-by-step guide shows me how to run it again for future events.
• We verify the process live on my account using a small test batch.
