About the Role:
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced Lead Generation Researcher to help us identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in the US market. You will act as our primary deal-sourcer, tasked with finding and matching companies that perfectly align with our ideal acquisition profile.
For this role, quality is more important than quantity. We need an agile, strategic thinker who knows how to dig deep, filter out false positives, and deliver highly qualified, accurate leads that are actually viable for a buyout.
What You Will Do:
Investigate and source potential companies for acquisition strictly within the US market.
Filter and match targets against our specific Ideal Target Profile (ITP) and criteria.
Ensure absolute data accuracy and high lead quality.
Provide enriched data on decision-makers (Founders, Owners, CEOs) for our outreach team.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in M&A deal sourcing, private equity lead generation, or high-level B2B market research.
Agility and expertise in using advanced sourcing tools, databases, and alternative search methods.
A meticulous eye for detail and a "quality-first" mindset.
