I have a set of PDFs that contain typed-in form fields as well as a few alphabetical lists embedded in the documents. I need every form-field entry and each item from those alphabetical sections captured accurately and transferred into an Excel workbook.

For each PDF:
• Pull the raw text exactly as it appears in the form fields—no retyping or reformatting.
• Capture any alphabetical list items that fall outside the form fields and place them in a separate worksheet or clearly labeled column.

Once the data is in Excel, keep the structure consistent: one row per PDF, one column per field, with list items grouped logically so I can filter and sort later.

I’m open to the tools you prefer—Python with PyPDF2 or pdfplumber, Adobe Acrobat automation, or another reliable method—as long as the output is clean and ready for analysis. Accuracy and a quick turnaround are the priorities.
