Extract Excel Notes to Text

I have a single-sheet Excel file that holds a straightforward list of notes, one note per row. All I need is a clean .txt file that pulls out only the columns I specify and arranges them in the same row-by-row order.
Here’s the set-up:
• The spreadsheet is purely a list—no nested tables or merged cells.
• Every note is already separated by rows, so the boundaries are clear.
• Only certain columns matter; the others can be ignored entirely.
Please take the workbook, extract the chosen columns exactly as they appear (no re-formatting of the text itself), and output a plain UTF-8 text file. A simple delimiter such as a tab or pipe is fine—let me know which you prefer so I can open it easily in a text editor.
Deliverable: one .txt file containing the requested columns from every populated row of the sheet, ready for import into another system.
