Exterior & Landscape Design Concepts

I’m ready to give my home a full-scale exterior refresh and need clear, professional concepts I can hand straight to my builder.

Focus on providing creative ideas for the house itself and the grounds. Show me at least three distinct schemes—modern farmhouse, traditional country, clean modern, or other styles you think would work well—so I can explore different directions. Each concept should address:
• Front and back porches (design ideas that suit the style and existing roofline). The back porch should be large enough for a hot tub and possibly include a cooking area (gas grill or small kitchen setup).
• Lighting options
• Garage or carport placement on the side of the house
• Eave, window trim, and main siding colors that work together (including window color and potential brick color changes)
• Roof color options in case a replacement is necessary

For the grounds, I want low-maintenance front and back yards with minimal mowing—artificial turf or small grass areas paired with hardscape, native or drought-tolerant plantings, and practical pathways. Please visualize:
• A repurposed grain bin turned into a backyard gathering spot or mini outdoor kitchen with fireplace
• General layout for seating, lighting, and traffic flow
• Optional swimming-pool placement so I can picture how it might fit later

Deliverables I expect:
1. High-resolution colored renderings or visuals for each scheme
2. Annotated color palettes and material call-outs (roof type, siding, trim, porch posts, railings, pavers, turf, plants)
3. Scaled site plan for the yard showing hardscape, turf areas, grain-bin feature, and potential pool footprint
4. A short specification sheet I can forward to contractors
