Expert SMTP Integration for High-Volume Email System

I am looking for an experienced SMTP / email deliverability expert for a long-term cooperation.

I already have my own system with SuperWebMailer, HTML templates, personalization and customer-specific links. I need someone who can provide/setup a reliable SMTP infrastructure and make sure it works properly with my existing system.

Target volume: approximately 10,000 authorized customer emails per day.

I need help with:

SMTP setup and integration with SuperWebMailer
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and PTR/rDNS
dedicated IP/server if appropriate
deliverability and spam-folder troubleshooting
IP/domain reputation monitoring
warm-up only if absolutely necessary
ongoing monitoring and technical support

Very important: I am not looking for a solution that requires a long warm-up period of several weeks before it can be used properly. If your setup depends on a long warm-up before meaningful sending is possible, then it is probably not the right solution for me.

I am specifically looking for infrastructure that can be tested and used within a short timeframe, ideally with already suitable sending reputation or a setup that does not require a long ramp-up period.

Important: My customer lists and customer data must remain under my control. I do not want to give permanent access to my recipient database.

Payment condition: I am looking for a results-based cooperation. I am happy to create an agreed milestone/budget, but payment should only be released after the agreed setup has been completed and working results have been demonstrated with real test emails. I need proof that the system is technically working and that delivery has improved before releasing the payment.

I am not looking for guarantees that every email will reach the inbox, but I do expect clear technical proof, test results and measurable improvement.

I am looking for a reliable long-term partner. If everything works well, I am happy to pay a monthly fixed fee for ongoing support.
