TITLE:
Sales Gun Wanted. Book Deals For A Fast Growing Tradie Coaching Company (Australia, Remote, Uncapped)
DESCRIPTION:
We're Supercharged Tradies. Gold Coast business coaching built by a third generation tradie with 25 years on the tools who's now teaching trade business owners how to win. We're scaling hard over the next 90 days and we need a hungry phone person to help us do it. Average people need not apply.
THE JOB:
1. Call researched, targeted lists of Gold Coast and Brisbane trade business owners. Small operators, direct mobile numbers, the owner picks up. This is outbound calling, we're straight up about that, but you're not selling anything.
2. Your ONE job: qualify them and book a FREE 15 minute high performance coaching session with our head coach, who converts 1 in 3. You give value away, he closes, you get paid on the result.
3. Log everything in our sales system, hit your daily targets, own your numbers. What gets measured gets multiplied.
PAY, PICK YOUR LANE:
OPTION 1, BASE PLUS BONUS: $30 to $35 AUD per hour PLUS $250 every time your booking becomes a coaching client.
OPTION 2, PERFORMANCE ONLY, FOR KILLERS: $40 per qualified booking that holds, plus $250 every time your booking becomes a coaching client. Uncapped. Back yourself and this beats hourly by a mile.
A paid booking means a qualified business owner who shows up, full definition provided on acceptance.
PROVE IT PATH: perform for 30 days and we'll talk closing responsibility and bigger splits. We promote from within because we're building something, not filling a seat.
YOU ARE:
1. Australian based with full work rights, available weekday mornings AEST
2. A clear, confident communicator in excellent spoken English who can talk to a tradie like a human, not a telemarketer
3. Experienced on the phones, appointment setting or sales
4. Obsessed with targets. You want a scoreboard, not a participation award
5. Self managed with your own phone, laptop and quiet workspace
6. Bonus: you know the trade world
