I have a set of mid-range residential plots in Teesri, Mumbai ready to move, and I’m giving a full 50 % share of the profit/commission on every deal you close. Because these are genuine, clear-title properties, once we connect I’ll pass you the complete legal file, location maps and pricing sheets so you can speak to prospects with confidence.

I need someone already comfortable with real-estate sales—ideally you’ve handled plot or apartment transactions before and can guide buyers from first inquiry right through to registration. My preferred lead-generation channel is in-person networking events; if you have a strong local network of investors, housing-society contacts or developer relationships, that’s exactly what will help here. Of course, how you supplement that—online ads, referrals, even the occasional cold call—is up to you as long as the deals close.

Key expectations and milestones
• Source genuine buyers, primarily through networking events in and around Mumbai.
• Conduct site visits, present the plot layouts and explain pricing/payment schedules.
• Negotiate terms, collect booking amounts and coordinate with my legal team until the sale deed is signed.
• On each completed sale, I release 50 % of the net commission to you immediately.
