Cartoon Animation With Voiceover Needed

I’m putting together a light-hearted 2D cartoon short purely for entertainment and I’m looking for an animator who can handle the complete process—from rough storyboards all the way through to final render—while also arranging a professional voiceover that matches the characters’ personalities.

You’ll have creative freedom on character design and scene composition so long as the look stays colorful, fluid, and unmistakably cartoony. I’ll supply the core concept and any reference material you need; you transform it into an engaging, polished piece that can hold an audience’s attention without relying on corporate or educational tropes.

Please factor the following into your proposal:

• Running time: approximately 60–90 seconds
• Full-HD (1920×1080) delivery in MP4 + source project files (Animate/After Effects/Toon Boom, whichever you prefer)
• Voiceover: casting, recording, basic cleanup, and sync to picture
• Original music and sound FX are a bonus, but not mandatory
