Expense Report Data Entry

I need a reliable hand to take raw expense receipts and enter them into my existing Excel / Google Sheets template. Accuracy is critical—each line must match the source receipt and follow the category mapping already in the file. You will also check that totals recalculate correctly after every batch so the monthly summary always reflects the latest figures.

All source documents are scanned PDFs; I’ll place them in a shared drive along with the workbook. Your job stops at clean, validated entry—no reconciliations or financial statements are required right now. If you notice obvious discrepancies, flag them in-sheet so I can review.

Turnaround is a few hours per batch once files are shared. Let me know your availability and any questions about the template before we start; once we’re aligned I’ll grant access and you can begin immediately.
