Make a meaningful impact as a Government Funding Program Administrator, helping ensure the successful delivery of an important government-funded program. In this role,you’llsupport program quality and effectiveness through formal evaluations, on-site/centervisits, and connections to valuable resources.You’llcollaborate with teams across the organization, build strong relationships with program partners, and help ensure participants receive the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Supportcenterdirectors and teachers with goal setting and expectations to ensure compliance with government funding program requirements

Identifyand implement classroom modifications to ensure compliance

Assistin development andfacilitatingorientations for center management

Assistin development andfacilitatingorientations for lead and assistant teachers at the start of the school year and ongoing throughout the school year

Ensure that all required paperwork isretainedon site for teachers (i.e., teacher credentials, diplomas, and transcripts)

Assistthecenterdirector with the recruitment of and employment interviews for lead teachers as requested

Assistwith curriculum training for lead teachers and assistant teachers throughout the school year and at orientations

Assistwith annual parent orientationsProvide guidance to center directors for annual purchases of equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure grant funds are used appropriately

Advisethe government funding supervisor of any compliance issues that may affect the funding of the program

Build effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations and government agencies

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience

Ability to drive and adapt to change

Strong computer skills covering general office software, including MS Office;strong Excel skills

Customer service, conflict resolution, and collaboration experience

Effective personal organization and time management skills

Ability to prioritize center needs and schedule accordingly

Ability to travel between alternate center and office locations (50%+); occasional overnight travelrequired
