US-Based Expansion & Immigration Specialist – Irish Company Expanding to USA

We are an established Irish mobile tyre repair and replacement company looking to expand our existing business into the United States.

I am specifically looking for someone based in the United States, or a US-based firm, who has genuine experience helping foreign business owners establish and grow operations in America.

This is not simply a business-plan writing project.

I am looking for someone who can help coordinate the expansion from Ireland into the US, including:

- Assessing the most suitable immigration/visa route, particularly L-1A and E-2
- Working with or providing access to a qualified US immigration attorney where legal representation is required
- Structuring and establishing the US company
- Advising on the relationship between our Irish company and US operation
- Determining realistic capital requirements for launch
- Producing a professional US business plan and financial projections
- Creating an investor pitch deck and investment proposal
- Identifying suitable US investors, private investors or strategic partners
- Assisting with investor outreach and introductions
- Advising on state selection, particularly Texas vs Tennessee
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Developing a launch and expansion strategy
- Advising on US banking, insurance, taxation, licensing and compliance through the appropriate professionals

Our business provides mobile tyre repair, replacement and emergency roadside services.

The US operation would target:

Cars and SUVs
Commercial vans and light trucks
Heavy trucks / HGV equivalent
Trailers
Commercial fleets
Transport and logistics companies
Emergency roadside breakdown work
On-site fleet tyre replacement and maintenance

We already have an operating business in Ireland with staff, vehicles, equipment, customers and proven turnover. We are looking to replicate and scale this model in the United States rather than launch an untested startup.

Who I Want

Preference will be given to someone based in the USA.

Ideally you will have previous experience with:

US expansion for European businesses
L-1A and/or E-2 business expansion
Foreign-owned US companies
Investor fundraising
Investor introductions
Business plans and financial modelling
Texas or Tennessee business establishment
