Exhibition Wall Graphics Recreation

I have two exhibition walls already designed in mock-up form for my company, Lights Camera Captured, and I need them rebuilt precisely for large-format output. You will receive clear reference images that show layout, typography and colour exactly as I want them; this is a faithful recreation job, not a redesign.

What I need from you
• Recreate both wall graphics pixel-perfect from my references, matching layout, colours and type.
• Source fresh, high-quality stock photos only for the people / event shots shown in the concepts; all other imagery remains as in the mock-ups.
• Prepare final artwork at the stated wall dimensions, adding appropriate bleed, safe areas and resolution for large-format print. I know the physical sizes but rely on you to confirm the exact file specs and colour mode the printer will accept.
• Supply press-ready PDFs (and layered working files) for each wall, named and packaged so they can go straight to the print house.

Acceptance
The job is complete when both files pass my visual check against the reference art and are accepted by the printer without modification.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, access to premium stock libraries, and confidence setting up large-format files, I’d love to get these walls into production with your help.
# Graphic Designer Needed – Recreate Existing Exhibition Wall Designs for Large-Format Printing

**Budget: $100 AUD**

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to professionally recreate and prepare two large exhibition wall graphics for my business, **Lights Camera Captured**, a luxury Photo Booth and Personalised Keychain Station company.

**IMPORTANT: I already have the design concept completed and will supply images showing exactly how I want the finished artwork to look. I am NOT looking for a completely new design.**

I need someone with excellent attention to detail who can recreate my existing design, source suitable professional photographs where needed, and prepare high-quality, print-ready artwork.

## Project Specifications

We are exhibiting at a business exhibition in Sydney, Australia, using a 3m × 3m Octanorm shell scheme stand with two adjoining walls.

I require **two separate, continuous fabric banner designs**:

- Wall 1: 2900mm wide × 2350mm high
- Wall 2: 2900mm wide × 2350mm high

Each banner will cover three existing exhibition wall panels, creating a seamless appearance.

The artwork must be professionally prepared for large-format fabric printing.

## What I Will Supply

- Our existing design mockups for both walls
- Our original business logo
- Photographs of our actual personalised keychains
- Brand colours and wording
- Our working QR code
- Printing specifications from our supplier

## Design Requirements

Please recreate the supplied design as closely as possible, including:

- Bright, vibrant pink, cream, black and gold colours
- Modern, edgy but luxurious styling
- Clean, professional typography
- Oversized photo booth photo strips
- A beautiful display of our actual personalised keychains
- Our business logo and service descriptions
- A working QR code
- A subtle pink swirl pattern on the photography backdrop

The second wall includes two large pink panels designed for guests to stand in front of and have their photographs taken.

**These two panels must remain clear of photographs, logos and promotional wording**, retaining only the subtle tone-on-tone pink background pattern.

Please do not add unnecessary decorations, flowers, emojis or other graphics.

I want the overall design to remain clean, visually striking and professional, without looking overcrowded or AI-generated.

## VERY IMPORTANT – Photography and Image Quality

This is one of the most important requirements of the project.

The finished artwork will be printed on large banners almost 3 metres wide, so every photograph must be clear, sharp, realistic and suitable for large-format printing.

**Photo Booth Strip:**

Our design includes a large photo strip showing people having fun and posing for photographs.

We have not supplied the original photographs for this section.

I need the designer to source suitable, high-resolution, commercially licensed photographs featuring real people.

The photographs must:

- Show natural, happy, engaging expressions
- Have realistic, properly proportioned faces
- Be clear and detailed, including eyes, smiles and teeth
- Look like genuine professional event photography
- Feature people without sunglasses, novelty glasses or anything obscuring their faces
- Show fun, personality and excitement without looking staged or artificial
- Be suitable for large-format printing at their intended displayed size

**I do not want AI-generated faces, distorted facial features, unnatural expressions, strange hands or blurry photographs.**

The photo strips should look like authentic photographs taken at a real event.

Please source photographs that work well together and complement our luxury brand.

All stock photographs must have appropriate commercial licences covering their use on exhibition displays. Please confirm whether any licensing costs are included in your bid.

## Personalised Keychain Photography

I will provide photographs of our actual personalised keychains.

These include pearl keychains with satin bows, round photo inserts and elegant leather-strap keychains.

The designer must use our actual products and must not substitute them with generic or AI-generated keychains.

The photographs should be professionally arranged with minimal background distractions so the products stand out.

Please ensure the original products are represented accurately.

## Print-Ready Artwork Requirements

The designer must:

1. Recreate both wall designs at the exact dimensions of 2900mm × 2350mm each.
2. Use sharp, high-resolution photographs suitable for their actual printed sizes.
3. Recreate logos, typography and graphic elements cleanly, preferably using vector artwork.
4. Follow the printer's requirements for resolution, colour profile, bleed and safe areas.
5. Supply two separate print-ready PDF files.
6. Supply the original editable source files, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop files.
7. Ensure the QR code is functional, sharp and scannable.
8. Provide close-up previews of the photo-strip faces and product photographs for approval before finalising.
9. Include reasonable revisions to ensure the artwork matches the supplied mockups.
10. Make any technical corrections requested by our printing company before final approval.

**Please do not simply enlarge my existing mockup**, as it is only a visual reference and may not have sufficient resolution for printing.

The design needs to be professionally reconstructed using high-quality photographic and graphic elements.

Just to clarify, the artwork you are designing will be printed onto two large 300D polyester fabric exhibition banners.

Each banner measures **2900mm wide × 2350mm high**, with sewn edges and 50mm Velcro around the perimeter.

Please ensure the designs are prepared professionally for large-format fabric printing, with appropriate bleed and safe margins so no important wording, faces, logos or QR codes are cut off or affected by stitching.

The printer will confirm the exact bleed, resolution and file requirements.

All photographs must be exceptionally clear and realistic at their final printed size, particularly the faces in the photo strips.

I will also need the final print-ready files and editable source files.
