We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Digital Content Publishing Assistant to help manage content for Exhibit A and ONFEMME.

Responsibilities:

* Upload completed articles to Squarespace.
* Format articles with proper headings, spacing, photographs and captions.
* Add relevant internal and external links throughout each article.
* Link featured fashion products to the ONFEMME website when appropriate.
* Proofread articles for spelling, grammar and formatting errors before publishing.
* Create SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords and URLs.
* Preview and test every article to ensure all links work properly on desktop and mobile.
* Schedule or publish articles according to the content calendar.
* Upload TikTok videos and short-form ONFEMME content to YouTube Shorts.
* Write engaging, SEO-friendly YouTube titles and descriptions.
* Add relevant hashtags, product links and website links to each video.
* Select appropriate thumbnails and organize videos into playlists when needed.
* Keep an organized record of all published articles and videos.

Qualifications:

* Experience with Squarespace, YouTube Studio and social media platforms is preferred.
* Strong writing, proofreading and organizational skills.
* Basic understanding of SEO, hyperlinks and digital publishing.
* Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, beauty and social media trends.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
* Careful attention to detail and a commitment to checking work before publishing.
