Exact PDF-to-CAD Conversion

I need an architectural plan that currently exists only as a PDF recreated in CAD so it mirrors the original drawing line-for-line and at the identical scale. Every wall, door, window, dimension string, keynote, symbol, hatch pattern, and title block from the PDF must appear in the DWG exactly as shown, fully editable and ready to plot without any further tweaks.

The plan is already fully dimensioned, so those dimensions—as well as all notes and symbols—have to be transferred, not retyped as static text. Use proper CAD text and dimension styles so the file remains clean and easy for me to modify later. Layering is fine as long as print colours and lineweights stay true to the PDF.

Deliverables
• One AutoCAD-compatible DWG (2018 or earlier) matching the PDF’s layout and scale
• A quick PDF plotted from the DWG for visual cross-check
