We are a Spain-based B2B company looking for an experienced freelance B2B Outbound Lead Generation Specialist for an ongoing collaboration across Europe.
Objective
The objective is simple:
Continuously identify potential B2B customers, contact them professionally, detect genuine commercial interest and hand interested prospects over to our team.
Once a prospect shows genuine interest, our internal team takes over the commercial process.
We are looking for someone who will personally perform the outbound work — not an agency or a strategic consultant.
Initial target market
Our first focus will be the European sports market, including:
grassroots and amateur football clubs;
professional football clubs, particularly first and second divisions;
sports brands;
sports retailers and distributors;
other relevant companies within the sports and teamwear ecosystem.
We already have Excel databases containing hundreds of potential customers identified through previous LinkedIn research.
These databases are only the starting point. The freelancer will also be responsible for continuously finding new relevant companies and the appropriate decision-makers throughout Europe.
Main responsibilities
Research and identify new target companies.
Find the appropriate decision-makers.
Verify and enrich existing contacts when necessary.
Maintain one clean master database with no duplicate companies or contacts.
Conduct professional B2B outbound outreach.
Manage reasonable follow-ups.
Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo or other appropriate tools.
Detect prospects showing genuine commercial interest.
Hand interested prospects over to our team with their contact information and previous conversation.
Quality over spam
We are not interested in aggressive outreach or repetitive email sequences.
We want professional initial contact and reasonable follow-up.
If a prospect does not respond, we prefer periodic re-contact — for example after 3–4 months — rather than repeated emails every few days.
If a prospect states that they are not interested, this must be respected.
Our objective is to develop these markets for the long term without damaging our reputation.
Data ownership and continuity
All databases, contacts, outreach history and information generated during the project must remain fully accessible to and under the control of the client at all times.
The database must be continuously updated so that another person could take over the work without losing information or repeating previous contacts.
Email and domain protection
Protecting our corporate email reputation is essential.
The selected freelancer must know how to manage professional outbound email without putting our main corporate domain at risk.
Before any campaign is launched:
the freelancer will propose the outreach messages;
we will review and approve them;
no campaign will start without our approval.
How we will evaluate candidates
We deliberately do not want to impose a predefined working or remuneration model.
We want to learn from experienced professionals.
In your proposal, please explain:
What exactly would you do for us each month?
What activity or results would you commit to?
How should we evaluate whether you are doing a good job?
Which tools would you use and why?
How would you protect email deliverability and our corporate domain reputation?
How would you manage the database to prevent duplicates and repeated contacts?
What would you charge and how would you structure your remuneration?
Give us one concrete example of a similar B2B outbound project you personally managed and the results achieved.
We are open to different collaboration and remuneration models. We want to understand how you would structure the project based on your experience.
Collaboration
We intend to start with a limited paid pilot.
If the results are good, our objective is to establish a long-term collaboration and progressively expand the activity.
Please do not send us a generic marketing or agency presentation.
We are looking for a practical, experienced B2B outbound specialist who personally does the work and is focused on generating genuine commercial interest.
