Ethanolamine Plant Aspen Simulation Needed

I need a seasoned Aspen Plus user to build a full-scale simulation of an ethanolamine production facility designed for 53,166.35 t y⁻¹ total output. Ethylene oxide and ammonia are the only permitted feedstocks; the model must convert them through to the ethanolamines and deliver reliable stream, utility, and equipment data that can anchor a basic engineering package.
Scope
• Develop a steady-state Aspen Plus file that reflects industrial operating practice, including reaction, separation, and purification sections.
• Calibrate mass and energy balances so overall production matches the stated annual capacity.
• Size key equipment (reactors, columns, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.) and summarise utilities required.
• Provide clear stream tables, a PFD extracted from Aspen, and concise explanatory notes so the file can be audited or extended later.
Flexibility
I have not locked down whether the plant will target mono-, di-, and/or triethanolamine fractions, nor have I fixed the optimisation priorities (yield, energy, debottlenecking). If you have proven strategies or in-house correlations, I’m happy to discuss and adopt the most practical approach.
Deliverables
1. Aspen Plus simulation file (.bkp) ready to open in v12 or later.
2. A brief report (PDF or Word) covering: design basis, key assumptions, reaction/recycle logic, equipment sizing summary, and utilities.
3. Stream summary tables and a PFD image suitable for inclusion in a feasibility study.
Acceptance criteria will be the ability to reproduce the stated capacity within ±2 %, balanced heat duty across major exchangers, and convergence of all recycles.
If the project interests you and you have demonstrable experience with amine or ethylene oxide chemistry inside Aspen, please outline your expected timeline and the specific libraries or methods you plan to use when you respond.
