Project Title: 3D Enclosure Design for ESP32 Desktop Companion (FDM 3D Printing)

Hello,
I need a custom, clean, and rigid 3D printable desktop enclosure for an ESP32 retro display gadget. The design must be optimized for FDM printing (2-part design: Front Main Body + Screw-on Back Cover).

I have all the specific component links so you can use exact CAD dimensions:

Components & Exact Links:
1. Display: 2.4" TFT LCD ST7789 (320x240) SPI module
Link: https://www.amazon.in/Autables-Display-Interface-Compatible-Raspberry/dp/B0HCCRVP7D
2. Microcontroller: ESP32 DevKit V1 (30-pin, USB-C version)
3. Mainboard: Double-sided prototype perfboard, exactly 70 mm x 50 mm
4. SD Card Reader: Standard Arduino SPI SD card shield module
Link: https://elektroweb.pl/pl/czytniki-kart-pamieci/115-modul-czytnik-kart-sd-arduino-shield.html
5. Rotary Encoder: EC11 Rotary Encoder with push-button (Shaft L=15mm, threaded bushing M7)

6. LED Matrix: 2x2 WS2812B RGB NeoPixel module
Link: https://www.androegg.de/shop/ws2812-rgb-led-matrix-module-1x1-2x2-5x5-8x8-entwicklerplatine/
7. Buzzer: Standard 12mm passive buzzer (TMB12A05 / 12x8.5mm)
8. Power Switch: Mini slide switch SPDT (SS12D00 / SS12F15) on the side wall

Key Design & Mounting Requirements (NO LOOSE / RATTLING PARTS):
- Mainboard Mounting: The 70x50 mm board will sit inside on 4 corner screw standoffs (M2 or M2.5). The ESP32 and buzzer will be soldered onto this board.
- Free Space Reserve: Please ensure there is some vertical clearance (approx. 10-15mm) above the empty section of the 70x50mm PCB for future expansion (e.g., adding a small microphone module).
- Display Mounting: The 2.4" screen must be securely seated in a front recessed frame with rear retaining brackets/screws so it cannot push inward or rattle.
- Rotary Encoder: Mounted through a 7.2mm hole on the front/side panel. Wall thickness at this spot must be 2.0 mm so the EC11 brass nut can easily thread on from the outside.
- LED Matrix Window: Dedicated internal slot holding the 2x2 LED module behind a small square/round front aperture (a 0.6mm thin diffuser wall or simple window).
- Ports & Openings:
* USB-C cutout aligned with the ESP32 port so standard cables plug in fully.
* SD card slot cutout for easy insertion/removal of the SD card.
* Sound grille (pattern of small perforation holes) for the buzzer.
* Side slot cutout for the mini slide switch toggle.
- Closure: Back lid fastened with 4 screws (M2.5 or M3, designed for brass heat-set threaded inserts or self-tapping).

Deliverables:
- Print-ready high-resolution .STL files.
- Fully editable source .STEP / .STP files.
- Assembly preview render / images.
