Graphic Designer Needed – Hospitality Marketing Flyers

I am looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer to help develop professional marketing flyers/graphics for three of our properties in Uganda.

I will provide the designer with:

- The existing 2027 rate information
- Photographs of the properties
- The respective property/company logos

The properties are:

- Bunyonyi Overland Resort - Bwindi
- Ishasha Pride Lodge - Kanungu
- Rushaga Gorilla Lodge – Bwindi

The existing rate sheets contain the accommodation categories and 2027 rates, but they are currently presented more as information/rate tables. I would like these to be reimagined into attractive, professionally designed marketing flyers rather than simply reproducing the existing documents.

What I am looking for:

The finished graphics should be:
- Visually attractive and professional.
- Suitable for the hospitality, tourism, and safari market.
- Photo-led, making good use of the images I provide.
- Clean, modern, and easy to read.
- Informative without feeling overcrowded.
- Suitable for sharing with marketing agencies, tour operators, travel partners, and potential clients.
- Suitable for WhatsApp, email, digital marketing, and printing.

The important thing is to find a good balance between marketing appeal and useful information. A potential client should be able to look at the flyer and quickly understand what the property offers, see the accommodation options, and find the relevant 2027 rates and contact information.

For example, the Bunyonyi rate sheet includes Mobile Tents, Cabins & Furnished Tents, Cottages and Superior Rooms, with different rates for Bed Only, Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board. Similar information is provided for Ishasha and Rushaga.

Creative approach:
I am open to your professional design input. I don’t necessarily want three identical templates with different photographs. Ideally, each property should retain its own identity and character while the three designs should still look like they belong to the same professional portfolio.

Please use the supplied logos appropriately and create a strong visual hierarchy between:
Property / Destination → Images → Accommodation / Experience → 2027 Rates → Contact / Booking Information.
Each property flyer must include its respective property logo while showcasing the MBZ Group Africa logo across all flyers for consistent branding.

The existing documents are reference material for the information—not necessarily a guide for how the final flyer should look.

Deliverables:
I would like:
1. A finished professional flyer for each property.
2. A digital version suitable for WhatsApp/email/social media.
3. A print-ready high-resolution PDF.
4. The editable source/design files so that the flyers can be updated in future when rates or photographs change.

I would prefer to start with one property as the initial design concept, agree on the creative direction, and then apply/refine the approach for the other properties.
