ERPNext HRMS Weekly Payroll Configuration

### ERPNext HRMS Functional Consultant Required – Weekly Payroll

We are looking for an experienced **ERPNext HRMS / Frappe HRMS Functional Consultant** to configure and validate a **weekly payroll process for approximately 100 employees**.

### Project Requirement

Our employees are paid on a **weekly basis**, and each employee may have a different base salary. Salary calculation needs to be based on **actual attendance / working shifts**, including overtime.

**Example Employee: Naveen Kumar**

Payroll Period: **31-07-2026 to 06-08-2026**

During the week, the employee may work different shifts such as:

* Day Shift: **8:30 AM – 5:30 PM**
* OT: **5:30 PM – 7:30 PM**
* Night Shift: **8:30 PM – 4:30 AM (next day)**
* Total working: approximately **7.5 shifts** during the payroll period

The system should calculate the employee's weekly salary based on the applicable attendance/shift data and salary structure.

### Salary & Deduction Requirements

We need to handle employees:

* With **PF**
* Without **PF**
* With **ESI**
* Without **ESI**
* Different base salaries for different employees
* Weekly salary calculation
* Attendance/shift-based salary calculation
* Overtime calculation
* PF deduction
* ESI deduction
* Employee and employer statutory contributions where applicable
* Final net salary calculation
* Weekly Salary Slip generation

### Important Requirement – Standard ERPNext Only

Our primary requirement is to achieve this using **standard ERPNext / Frappe HRMS functionality without customization**.

The consultant should determine whether the complete requirement can be configured using standard features such as:

* Employee
* Salary Structure
* Salary Structure Assignment
* Salary Components
* Payroll Period
* Payroll Entry
* Salary Slip
* Employee Checkin
* Shift Type
* Shift Assignment
* Attendance
* Overtime / Additional Salary
* PF and ESI salary components
* Formula-based salary components
* Standard payroll calculations

### Expected Consultant Work

1. Analyze our weekly payroll requirement.
2. Configure the required **Salary Structures and Salary Components**.
3. Configure employees with PF / ESI and without PF / ESI.
4. Configure different employee salary rates.
5. Configure shifts, night shifts and overtime using standard ERPNext functionality.
6. Configure weekly payroll processing.
7. Validate attendance-to-salary calculation.
8. Generate and verify Salary Slips.
9. Verify PF, ESI and other deductions.
10. Demonstrate the complete process with sample employees.
11. Clearly identify any requirement that **cannot be achieved in standard ERPNext**.

### Deliverable

We need a working standard ERPNext HRMS configuration where we can:

**Employee → Shift Assignment → Attendance/Checkin → Weekly Payroll → PF/ESI Deduction → Salary Slip**

for approximately **100 employees**.
