Over the coming weeks I will be scheduling a series of one-on-one phone sessions with everyday individuals who want practical, easy-to-follow guidance on three core areas: investment strategies, retirement planning, and debt management. The main purpose of each call is financial education—helping callers understand the “why” as much as the “what” so they feel confident making their own money decisions.
Your task is to lead these calls, translate sometimes-complex concepts into plain language, and finish each session with a concise action summary the caller can immediately implement. Most conversations will be 30–45 minutes, and I will handle all scheduling; you simply join the call at the appointed time. While the focus is individual consumers, an ability to adapt advice for the occasional small-business owner or higher-net-worth caller is a plus.
Ideal approach:
• Keep recommendations product-agnostic and aligned with sound fiduciary principles.
• Use clear examples, real-world numbers, or simple tools (e.g., compound-interest calculators, debt-snowball worksheets) where helpful.
• Email a brief recap within 24 hours of each call highlighting key takeaways and next steps.
I supply call notes and background information in advance, and I’m available for quick debriefs as needed. If you have a proven record of guiding clients toward smarter investing, confident retirement planning, and disciplined debt payoff—and you enjoy teaching more than selling—these sessions should fit your style perfectly.
