Enterprise Analytics SaaS Development

I am building an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform whose core purpose is data analytics. The application must serve mid-to-large organisations that expect rock-solid security, high availability and a clean, self-service user experience.

Essential analytics capabilities (must be included):
• Real-time data processing
• Advanced reporting (custom dashboards, scheduled exports)
• Predictive analytics powered by machine-learning models

Data sources that the platform has to connect to from day one:
• Relational and NoSQL databases (on-prem and cloud)
• REST / GraphQL APIs for streaming and batch ingestion

High-level scope
You will architect, build and help me deploy the full stack—front-end, back-end, data pipelines and infrastructure-as-code—so the product is ready for production use. Expect to work with containerisation, CI/CD, automated testing and observability from the outset. I value clean code, opinionated documentation and an iterative approach that delivers working increments every sprint.

Acceptance criteria
• Each listed feature functions at scale with simulated enterprise workloads.
• Integrations authenticate securely and recover gracefully from errors.
• The platform meets basic SOC-2 style requirements: encryption in transit/at rest, role-based access, audit logging.
• Comprehensive unit, integration and performance tests are included, passing in the CI pipeline.
• Deployment scripts spin up a fresh environment in a single command on AWS, Azure or GCP.
