English–Somali Document Translation

I have a set of documents—about 6 to 20 pages in total—that need to move from English into clear, natural, and grammatically precise Somali. The material is straightforward “English to Somali translation,” with no highly specialised jargon, yet it still calls for a native-level command of both languages so that every nuance lands naturally for a Somali reader.

You will receive the originals in an editable format (mostly Word). Please keep the original layout intact and return the completed Somali version in the same file type. I expect human translation only; any machine output must be thoroughly post-edited until it is indistinguishable from native writing.

Before handing the files back, run your own proof-read to make sure terminology is consistent, punctuation is clean, and nothing was skipped. If you run into phrases that require contextual judgement, add a brief translator’s note so I can follow your choices.
