English Reading Worksheet Design

This project involves creating an engaging LKS (student worksheet) for my English class that sharpens reading and understanding skills. The final piece should pair an attractive, student-friendly layout with purposeful activities that guide learners through a short text, build vocabulary in context, and end with clear comprehension checks.

Deliverables
• Printable A4 PDF ready for classroom use
• Editable source file (Word, Google Docs, or Canva) so I can adjust names, dates, or minor details later
• Answer key separate from the student copy

Acceptance criteria
• Tasks move logically from pre-reading, to guided reading, to post-reading reflection
• Instructions are concise and age-neutral so the sheet can be reused across levels
• Visual elements support, not distract from, the text (e.g., relevant images, icons, or callouts)
• All content is original or properly licensed for educational use

When replying, attaching past work that showcases similar English worksheets will help me gauge style and clarity.
