Clean Energetic YouTube Thumbnails

I need a graphic designer who can turn my gaming-meets-vlog videos into thumbnails that make people click before they even know why. The overall vibe I’m after is a clean, personal look—my face up front with a short, punchy title—yet the moment viewers see it I still want that jolt of excitement that belongs on a gaming channel. Bright, balanced colour work, sharp text, subtle effects and absolutely zero clutter are key.

Every thumbnail must be delivered in full 4K resolution so I can crop or resize without losing detail. Please work in layered PSD (or a comparable editable format) so I can tweak minor elements later if needed. I rely on mobile views, so legibility at tiny sizes matters just as much as polish on a 4K screen.
