My technology-driven consultancy is growing fast, and I need a personable virtual assistant who can become the first point of contact for our clients. Your core mission is simple: make every caller, emailer, or chatter feel fully supported and understood.
What you’ll handle day-to-day
• Reply to emails and chat messages as they arrive, in clear, native-level English.
• Jump on Zoom or phone calls to answer questions and put a friendly voice to our brand.
• Proactively follow up and schedule meetings so nothing slips through the cracks.
Most questions you’ll field revolve around our services and general account help. If something falls outside your scope, you’ll flag it for me, but I rely on you to keep the conversation flowing and the client reassured.
The person who thrives here is:
– Confident and articulate on both voice and video.
– Exceptionally organised, trustworthy, and self-directed.
– Comfortable with basic software-development or tech jargon (or eager to learn).
Customer-service, sales, or business-development experience is definitely welcome, though not mandatory.
This is intended as a long-term collaboration, so reliability and a genuine enjoyment of client interaction matter more than ticking every single box on day one.
Sound like a fit? Send me a brief introduction outlining relevant experience, your typical availability, and anything else that shows you’ll be the calm, capable voice our clients remember.
I look forward to meeting you!
