BPMN 2.0 HR Mapping

Our HR People & Culture team needs its end-to-end workflow captured in Signavio using the BPMN 2.0 standard. I want a single, well-structured diagram that reflects the way we operate today and, within the same file, clearly marks suggested improvements for smoother hand-offs, shorter cycle times, or clearer role ownership.

Scope
• Analyse the existing HR P&C process from initial request through final completion.
• Build the “as-is” flow in Signavio, keeping lane assignments and gateways fully compliant with BPMN 2.0.
• Layer in a “future-state” overlay (or separate version) that highlights recommended changes; please label those elements so they stand out during review.

Deliverables
1. A Signavio project file (.sgx) containing:
• As-is HR P&C BPMN 2.0 diagram
• Improved version with recommendations annotated
2. Exported PDF or SVG of both views for quick sharing.
3. A brief change log summarising each improvement you propose.

Acceptance Criteria
• Diagram validates without errors in Signavio’s check.
• Swim-lanes correctly show roles or teams involved.
• Improvements are traceable and explained in the change log.

I will provide you with current process notes, any available SOPs, and access to stakeholders for clarifications once we start.
