I’m building a compact control panel that combines an ESP32 core, a membrane keypad, and a 3.5-inch TFT LCD. I already have functional requirements and rough block diagrams; what I now need is the full electronic design, ready for manufacturing.

Scope
• Power architecture: single regulated 5 V input with the necessary step-downs and filtration for the ESP32’s 3 V3 rail, back-light drive, and any aux lines.
• Digital section: ESP32 module or bare chip with all pins broken out for firmware flashing, reset, and debugging.
• Interfaces: matrix keypad connector and ESD protection, 8/16-bit TFT LCD interface, plus level-shifting where required.
• Communications: I²C, SPI, and UART brought to headers for external sensors and future expansion.
• Miscellaneous peripherals: buzzer driver, status LEDs, spare GPIO header, and on-board programming port.
• Design-for-manufacture: component footprints matched to current availability, clear silkscreen labelling, and assembly notes.

Deliverables
1. Complete annotated schematic in your preferred CAD package (Altium Designer, KiCad, or EasyEDA are all acceptable).
2. Cleanly laid-out, two-layer (or more if necessary) PCB with controlled trace widths for high-speed lines to the TFT.
3. Manufacturing outputs: Gerber files, NC drill, pick-and-place, PDF schematic, and full BOM with supplier links.
4. Brief design report covering key calculations (power budget, decoupling, back-light current) and pin mapping.

Acceptance criteria
• All ESP32 pins configure without conflicts and meet datasheet guidelines.
• 5 V rail remains within ±5 % under 500 mA load.
• No air-wires or DRC errors in final Gerbers.
• BOM components must show at least two active distributors in stock.

If you have recent experience with ESP32-based boards and TFT interfaces, I’d love to see a sample or screenshot of previous work when you reply.
