Corporate Wellness Meal Portal

I’m building an online hub that starts with a public-facing landing page and then moves into a secure member portal for employees. The core of the site is the meal-ordering system—everything else supports that experience.

Here is the end-to-end flow I need developed:

• A company enrolls through me.
• I email its employees a unique link to create their login.
• On first sign-in they complete an intake questionnaire (I’ll supply the exact questions later).
• After submitting the questionnaire, they land on the ordering dashboard driven by a credit system.
• Employees can spend weekly credits, top up with extra paid meals, or opt out for a day/week.
• Orders must be locked in by each Friday; otherwise the system assigns three default meals.
• Unused credits roll forward only one additional week before expiring.
• Deliveries take place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, so the order cutoff logic must reflect that schedule.
• Each user also has a profile page showing personalised macros, calorie targets, meal plan and workout plan.

Key functions to include
— Credit system for meal purchases.
— Option to buy additional meals beyond available credits.
— Automatic default meals when the Friday deadline passes.

Technical choices are flexible; I simply need a clean, secure build that can scale as more companies enrol. Please structure the code so future questionnaires, credit rules or delivery windows can be adjusted without a full rewrite.

Acceptance criteria
1. A guest landing page and a gated member portal.
2. Seamless sign-up flow from emailed link through questionnaire to dashboard.
3. Fully working credit logic, default-meal fallback and rollover cap.
4. Mobile-friendly interface and admin area where I can manage companies, credits and menus.
5. Deployment to my hosting with clear hand-over documentation.
