We need ongoing help expanding our existing .NET-based web application. We use MVC, C++ and SQL.
The full development of this project can start any time between November 10 and January 15, but we need to finalize the concepts now and hire a developer now.
Your first task will be to determine which AI tool is best suitable since our code is on a local server and not on Github. We need to add new functionality and then new reports. I want to weave AI capabilities into the product, not to replace coding effort but to speed up our development that would otherwise take longer to build. Also I want to learn from you how to use these AI tools myself.
I’m counting on your experience to propose the most appropriate stack for each use case and then implement it.
The immediate roadmap includes:
• Adding new functionalities to our application. Building new custom-form web pages that have a lot of logic coded behind them, which will tie into our existing data model and security layer.
. Writing programs to import data, process the data and then add it to our SQL tables, etc.
• Generating a set of dynamic analytic reports. AI tools have to work with our existing .NET code which reside on our server.
