The next batch of my exercise demonstrations for older adults is ready to be polished and published. What I need is two-fold: first, clean, accessible edits of each clip with on-screen text and captions; second, seamless placement of those files into a new, easy-to-navigate video library on my existing site.
Video work
• Each clip is 2–5 minutes.
• Simple cutdowns where needed, then clear text call-outs and captions to reinforce verbal instructions.
• Consistent aspect ratio and compression so everything streams smoothly on desktop, tablet, and phone.
Library build
• Display videos grouped by category (e.g., Balance, Strength, Stretching) so users never have to scroll endlessly.
• Built-in search so someone can type “shoulder stretch” and go straight to it.
• Discrete download button on every video page for members who prefer to train offline.
• Layout must stay uncluttered with large clickable areas and readable fonts; the audience is 60 +.
Tech snapshot
The site is WordPress with Elementor, but I’m open to a lightweight custom solution if it keeps load times low. Standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve are fine for the editing side; for the library, any well-maintained plugin or a small React/Vue component works as long as it integrates cleanly with the current theme and membership system.
I release new content monthly, so solid delivery here can turn into regular editing and library maintenance work. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me how you’d tackle the first batch and what turnaround you can consistently hit.
