Licensed Civil Engineer for Deck Project

Hello,
I am looking for a California-licensed civil or structural engineer to evaluate a portion of an existing residential deck supporting a 6’ 8” square hot tub at a home in Lakehead, CA (96051).
Shasta County has asked for an engineering evaluation confirming whether the existing deck enhanced framing, beams, posts, connections and footings are adequate to support the filled hot tub and occupants. If the structure is adequate, the County indicated that a signed engineering letter/report with supporting calculations should satisfy their requirement and will close out the permit.
The County has also advised that if the existing structure is not adequate, they would need engineered recommendations for any required modifications.
Would this be a project you would be interested in taking on? If so, please let me know your availability and an estimate cost to review. If you are not interested, but have someone to recommend, I would greatly appreciate that.

I have already prepared a dimensioned drawing and have detailed photos of the structure if that is helpful.
My other option is to move the hot tub to another location on a flat hard (non-elevated deck) surface.
