I am looking for an experienced eBay Dropshipping Specialist to help manage, grow, and scale an eBay seller account.
The initial project will focus on gradually growing the account, researching profitable products, sourcing from reliable suppliers, and creating high-quality, optimized listings. The goal is to publish up to 5,000 product listings within the first 3 weeks, while maintaining listing quality, supplier reliability, and compliance with eBay policies.
This project offers the opportunity for ongoing collaboration and account management if the initial results meet expectations.
We will also agree on a 50% profit-sharing arrangement for the first month, with the exact calculation method and terms discussed and agreed upon before starting.
Project Requirements
During this project, you will be responsible for:
* Researching profitable, high-ticket products suitable for eBay.
* Sourcing products from reliable suppliers with consistent stock and fulfillment.
* Gradually growing the eBay account through a structured listing strategy.
* Creating and uploading up to 5,000 optimized eBay listings within 3 weeks, subject to account limits, listing policies, and operational capacity.
* Writing SEO-friendly product titles and persuasive, accurate descriptions.
* Adding appropriate categories, item specifics, and product details.
* Optimizing listings for visibility and potential sales.
* Ensuring all listings comply with eBay policies and applicable supplier requirements.
* Monitoring product availability, pricing, and competition.
* Providing pricing recommendations and profitability analysis.
* Delivering regular progress updates throughout the project.
Important: Listing volume should be managed responsibly. The account must be grown gradually, with listing limits, account health, and customer experience taken into consideration.
Product Criteria
The products selected should meet the following criteria:
* Target minimum profit of £10 per sale, where commercially realistic.
* Realistic customer demand and sales potential.
* Reasonable competition levels and opportunities for differentiation.
* Reliable suppliers with consistent availability and fulfillment.
* Consideration of eBay fees, supplier costs, shipping, refunds, and other relevant expenses.
* Preference for products with strong profit potential and sustainable sales opportunities.
Products may be sourced from a range of reliable suppliers. Amazon-to-eBay dropshipping can be considered. Alternative suppliers and wholesale or dropshipping partners are welcome.
Profit estimates must be based on realistic costs and should not be presented as guaranteed returns.
Required Deliverables
By the end of the initial 3-week listing phase, the target deliverables are:
1. Up to 5,000 completed and optimized eBay listings, subject to account limits and listing quality.
2. Supplier information for each product.
3. Product cost and recommended selling price.
4. Estimated profit per sale and margin calculations.
5. SEO-optimized titles and accurate product descriptions.
6. Appropriate categories and item specifics.
7. A structured approach to gradually growing the account.
8. Regular progress reports, including:
* Number of products researched.
* Number of listings created and uploaded.
* Supplier availability and sourcing updates.
* Pricing and profit analysis.
* Issues, risks, and recommended improvements.
We will discuss and agree on a 50% profit split for the first month.
The profit-sharing terms will be agreed upon before work begins, including:
