AI Automation Bot for GamsGo Marketplace (Chat, Night Disputes & Key/Stock Management)

Project Description:

We are looking for a skilled freelance developer to build a focused AI Automation Assistant for the GamsGo marketplace.

We sell digital subscription lines and keys, and we already operate our own activation gateway (safeandcheap.shop). We need an automated system to handle customer messaging, monitor and defend disputes automatically overnight, and manage basic key inventory.

Scope of Work (Core Features)
1. AI Chat & Customer Support on GamsGo:

Automated responses to buyer messages and basic troubleshooting (login help, private browsing instructions, pairing steps).

Manual review interface: capability to review logs and make urgent manual edits/overrides when needed.

2. Automated Overnight Dispute Resolution Engine:

Background polling every ~5 minutes on GamsGo to check for newly opened disputes.

Automated response module to submit technical rebuttals and defense statements to platform mediation.

3. Key & Stock Automation:

Sync and register newly purchased digital keys (e.g., Netflix) directly with our portal (safeandcheap.shop).

Add, remove, and update available account stock.

Budget & Milestones
Budget: $200 – $400 USD / EUR (Fixed Price)

Milestone 1 (50%): Bot connection to GamsGo + automated chat & key sync.

Milestone 2 (50%): Automated overnight dispute module, testing, bug fixes & final handover.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Python / Node.js, browser automation (Selenium / Puppeteer / Playwright), or reverse-engineering marketplace web requests.

Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI / Claude / Gemini) for customer support handling.

Fast delivery (target delivery: 5–7 days).
