AI Video Face Replacement

I have a short live-action clip that needs a seamless face swap on every appearance of three to five people. I will provide high-resolution reference photos of the new faces; they must completely replace the originals so the edit survives close inspection—skin tone, lighting, expressions, motion blur and lip sync all need to feel native to the footage.

The runtime is brief, so quality matters more than speed. A deep-learning workflow such as DeepFaceLab, FaceFusion, or a custom GAN is fine, as long as the result is clean and free of the usual glitches (flicker, edge ghosting, mismatched colour). Traditional compositing in After Effects or Nuke for final touch-ups is welcome if that helps sell the illusion.

Deliverables
• Final graded video at the same resolution, codec and frame rate as the source
• All project files, model checkpoints and masks so I can make tweaks later
• A short note on the workflow (software versions, key settings)

Acceptance criteria
• Every replaced face holds up frame by frame with no visible artifacts
• Lighting, shadows and skin tone blend naturally into the original scene
• Mouth movements stay in sync anywhere dialogue occurs
