Dolibarr Data Entry Assistance

I need help catching up on my export company’s books inside Dolibarr. All sales and purchase activity is currently organised in Excel sheets and I want every invoice moved over accurately so my reports are finally reliable.

You will be working directly in my Dolibarr instance, taking each row from the spreadsheets and creating the corresponding sales or purchase invoice. The spreadsheets are clean and well-structured, so most of the work is careful data entry, double-checking totals, taxes and dates as you go. No payroll or expense tracking is required—this job is strictly about transferring invoice data.

Core deliverables:
• All sales and purchase invoices from the Excel files entered into Dolibarr, matched line-for-line.
• Verification that the grand totals in Dolibarr equal the totals shown in the source sheets.
• A short hand-off note outlining any rows that could not be imported and why.

I will provide:
• The Excel files (sales and purchase tabs).
• Access to Dolibarr with the necessary permissions.
• A quick walkthrough video showing where each field sits in the interface.

Accuracy is the priority; speed is a bonus. If this first batch goes smoothly, there will be regular follow-up imports as new spreadsheets arrive.
